Working principle

Similar to ordinary ultrasonic heat meters, 4G IoT ultrasonic heat meters are also based on the ultrasonic time difference method to measure flow. In the pipeline, ultrasonic signals are transmitted and received through ultrasonic transducers, and the flow rate of the heat carrying fluid is calculated based on the time difference of ultrasonic propagation in forward and backward flow, thereby obtaining the flow rate. At the same time, it also has temperature sensors installed on the supply and return water pipelines to measure the temperature of the supply and return water. Based on the data of flow rate and temperature difference, the heat is calculated according to the heat calculation formula.

Its special feature lies in its 4G communication module, which can transmit the data collected by the heat meter (such as flow, heat, temperature, etc.) to a remote server or management platform through the 4G network.
